Can’t believe it’s mid May!

Can’t believe it’s May… I think I’ll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun’s calling my name…  (but first…)

 Lunch Smoothie ~ Carrot, celery, cucumber juice with  beet powder, kale powder tiger nut flour, pea protein powder

Why the powders? They’re handy & prepared in a way that protects the nutritional value,  great for  on the run or traveling.
